his makes a 13 x 9 pan of quiche, you could cut this in half for a smaller quiche...
8 eggs
4 cups milk
Shredded ff cheese to taste. I probably used about 8 oz.
Ham, if desired
Seasonings as desired, I used garlic and some adobo tonight
you may want to add 1/2 t salt unless using
ham which is of course very salty
1 c cornmeal (this is the SECRET ingredient ) **secret yet also unnecessary!! You CAN make it without the cornmeal!!
You could add veggies, anything you want-- spinach, onions, mushrooms, sauteed in olive oil if you wish
whatever it is it should be well drained.
You could add some salsa
Mix everything together and pour into a non-stick sprayed 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or til browned on top.
This basic ratio of milk to eggs makes a great quiche. You can work with all the other ingredients to make it however you want!
