Buttermilk Multi-Grain Bread

2 c. warm buttermilk
4 T butter
2 tsp salt
1/3 c. barley malt syrup
1 T dough enhancer
1 c. 9 grain cereal
2 c. wheat flour
2-4 c. flour
1 T Saf yeast

Preheat oven to 400. Combine ingredients in bosch, using only half of the flour. Begin mixing and add flour until dough cleans the sides of the bowl. Knead 6-10 min. Remove and divide into 2 loaves. Let rise to double. Bake in oven dropping the temperature to 350. Bake 20-25 min or until bread is done.
