2 c. milk
1 c. barley
1 c. oat groats
1 apple
In Blender, mix the above ingredients and super blend on high for 3 min.
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 T canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
dash of cinnamon
Add the above ingredients and blend 20 seconds more
1 T baking powder
Add baking powder and pulse 3 times to mix in. Mixture will foam. Cook on griddle. Makes about 16 pancakes
