Whole Wheat Tortillas

Grind wheat on finest setting. Grind enough for 6 c. flour

3 c. flour
2 tsp salt
2 c. hot water
½ c. oil

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Allow mixture to sit 15 min covered in plastic. After the 15 min, add the remaining 3 c. flour. Mix on speed1. Add extra flour if dough is sticky. Divide into balls. Cover and let stand 10-15 min. Dough should be moist, but not sticky. Roll out into tortillas.
