Triple Chocolate Quick Bread (low fat)

1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. semi sweet chips melted
1 1/2 c. applesauce
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. semi sweet chips
1 tsp each baking powder, soda and salt

1/2 c. choc chips
1 T butter
2-3 T half-and-half
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. powdered sugar
pinch of salt

Cream butter and sugar. ADd eggs, melted chocolate and mix. Add applesauce and vanilla. Set aside. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into 4 greased mini loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. Cook in pans for 10 min. For glaze, melt chocolate and butter in pan. Stir in cream and remove from heat. Stir in sugar, vanilla and salt. Drizzle over warm bread
