Pumpkin Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1 T vanilla
1 tsp bk soda
½ tsp each salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
1 c. shredded zucchini
2 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
3 c. flour
½ tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 350. Mix eggs and sugar. Stir in pumpkin and butter. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Stir in zucchini and bake 45 – 50 min in 2 loaf pans or 20 min for mini-muffins. Let cool 10 min before removing from pans.
