2 T olive oil
1 med onion diced
5 c. broccoli
3 c. broth
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Saute onion until tender. Add broccoli, broth, and spices.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer 25-30 min.  Cook and puree in blender.  Stir in vinegar
