Spicy Honey Glazed Chicken

¼ c. honey
2 T froz OJ
2 cloves garlic pressed
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1 T butter
½ tsp olive oil
6 chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
Green onions chopped

Combine honey, OJ, garlic and red pepper. Heat butter and olive oil over med heat. Add chicken and salt and pepper to taste and brown on each side, about 4 min per side. Add honey mixture to skillet and cook, turning to thoroughly coat the chicken. Cook 2 more min or until sauce begins to thicken. Serve with green onions sprinkled on top.
