3-4 med potatoes
½ c. milk
1 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 carrots chopped
1 celery stalk
2/3 c. peas
2 T parsley
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 c. brown gravy
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook potatoes for mashed potatoes. Cook beef and drain. Cook onions, carrot, and celery for 5 min. Add peas, return beef to the pan and add herbs and seasonings. Simmer 1-2 minutes. Add gravy and simmer 2 min. Put in a 9x13 pan and cover with mashed potatoes. Cook at 400 degrees for 30-40 min.
*Can add whatever vegetables you want to this and can use mashed sweet potatoes for the top if you want.
