2 c. garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly coat and baking sheet with olive oil spray. Spread chickpeas on baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat. Roast on bottom rack of oven, shaking pan about every 15 min, until browned and crunchy, about 45 to 50 min. Cool.
For a sweet variation:
2 T sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
