Hawaiian Bread

6 c. flour
1 c. water
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
¾ c. sugar
2 pkg yeast
1 c. pineapple juice
½ tsp ginger
1 stick margarine

Beat eggs, add pineapple juice, water, sugar, ginger and vanilla and melted margarine. Put 3 c. flour in large bowl. Add egg mixture and stir well. Sprinkle in yeast one package at a time, mixing well. Gradually add other 3 cups of flour. Batter will be hard to mix. Mix well with hands. Leave in bowl and let rise 1 hour. Remove and knead in ½ c. flour. Knead 10 times. Divide in 3 equal parts and place in well greased round cake pans. Cover and let rise. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
