Chicken Chow Mein

4 c. chicken broth
1 ½ c. green pepper chunks
2 c. celery chopped
2/3 c. sliced onions

Cook on low for 10 min. Add:

4 c. cooked chicken
2 tsp salt
1 T soy sauce.

Thicken with cornstarch and serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
