3 c. broth
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrot
1 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped cauliflower
1 c. cubed potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb velveeta
add vegetables to broth and simmer 20 min. ADd soup, boil, then add velveeta in chunks until melted.
